Roku Shows Button displays no media available

I don't remember when this occurred as we have lived with it for awhile and have a work around, but I'm hoping to figure out the issue and fix it.

I have a TV shows type library that when you click on the button at the top that says Shows it displays a message stating no media error.  If you click on any of the other buttons it displays just fine.  Our work around is to just use the Folders button.  I also have a second TV shows type library where this does not occur and the Shows button works without issue.  The Shows button also works without issue on any other device type, only on Roku's.

Can you either point me to a fix and what would you need me to provide to give further info?

Finally I actually sat down and looked at it a bit more.  It appears a filter for favorites was activated at some point and never turned off.  Something my kids probably ended up doing.  It is working correctly now.
