bluesuedeuk 1 Posted November 30, 2022 Share Posted November 30, 2022 Hi, I posted about this issue a while back on the Windows forum and wasn't able to find a solution so I've now transferred by Emby server to an iMac in the hope that fixes the issue. The problem is that I have to keep restarting Emby server every few hours in order for remote access to work. My family members that are using it will often get the "connection failure" message which is fixed by restarting the server. Although the switch to Mac OS seemed fine at first, I'm still getting this problem so I'm beginning to think it might be related to my ISP which is Virgin Media or perhaps the settings on my router. Everything used to work just fine up until a few months ago so I'm really confused as to why this problem exists. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
