New HTPC build and 4k HVEC playback issues!

Running Emby Theater lasted rev. Files are stored on an Unraid server, running Emby server docker.

Issue: New system build will not play any 4K HVEC files.

Setting in Emby Theater. All default except the following:

·         Refresh rate switching enabled 24;60 (tested on & off)

·         passthrough for DTS, TrueHD and DTSHD (but unchecking these results in the same issue)

·         Auto start windows startup

New HTPC: AMD 5600G Gigabyte 550 mini atx board w/ HTPC 2.3- HDMI out to Yamaha 7 channel receiver (RXA1060) which i use to decode Dolby ATMOS or DTS-X. Using AMD graphics driver. HTPC is directly connected cat6 cable to router.

Details:       Just updated an old HTPC (win10) that played everything perfect for many years. It is an old AMD CPU and I was using a Geforce 1050 HDMI out with Nvidia drivers. Never had any issues with playing 4k HVEC HDR file 7.1 ATMOS. With my new build I cannot playback any of my 4kHVEC files. I get this error message. Attached is my Emby log. 4kHVEC movies play on server but downmixed audio to stereo. I have a feeling this is soundtrack related.

All other movie formats play fine with correct DTS, 5.1 audio. H264 format

Any help would be appreciated.
