BAS 225 Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 I was testing a few things today on @@MrWebsmith server and I noticed that I was able to control some of his devices even though he set that I cant control other users. All DLNA and LAN type devices that don't use profiles are listed of course but should probably not be visible to users outside the LAN. I'm off to start 3 streams now on Smith's server. 1
MrWebsmith 598 Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 yea.. a new toggle in light of coming "multi server" type usages is needed... i want to disable a remote user from starting or interacting with any sessions.. even ones that arent "another users"
BAS 225 Posted November 8, 2014 Author Posted November 8, 2014 Just wanted to bump, this is important to me and maybe others, I have connect family members who arent so tech savvy, I would love to do more DLNA testing for the 360 and xbox one but they might accidentally control these devices, 4 extenders, xb1 and a chromecast, one server machine for now.
