No compatible streams

Hi all,

if I may, I woudl share my troubles..

I ve been experiencing "no compatible streams problem" just for certain movies on ym Synology DS214 play (DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 1)

There are couple of films which I cannot play on my smart LG TV with Emby Client nor my PC (web Emby interface).

Keeps loading for a while and returns this error.

1)Ive unninstalled my Emby package on Synology, installed it back and updated to its last version. 

2)In my films library I tried to enter alternative path to my shared folder

3)Emby user for my films folder allowed to read and write - full access

Weird that when I access my movies directly from my TV(photos and videos) I can play them normaly.
