Guest Posted October 9, 2022 Share Posted October 9, 2022 It would be great if it were possible to limit how much of a live-tv stream is kept in storage for rewinding. When watching live tv, notably sporting events, my transcode disk gets filled up very quickly. This also happens a lot if my whole family is transcoding multiple movies / shows at the same time, as emby doesn't appear to erase parts of transcodes that have already been viewed. To stop the transcode disk getting filled up, it would be nice to be able to say only keep the past 20 or 30 minutes of a live tv stream for rewinding, or even turn off time-shifting entirely.
