"Continue Watching" image from episodes

Currently, if an episode doesn't have a "Thumb" image, the "Continue Watching" image defaults to the season thumb. Wouldn't it make more sense to default to the episode primary first?

These come from an inherit image order.  Looks like CW will use Series thumb, then Season Thumb, then Series Backdrop, then Season Backdrop, then Episode image.

But personally, would not agree with Episode images across that row.

Not quite. Episode Thumb,  if it exists, precedes Series Thumb in the order.

@chowbok What is an episode thumb?  Don't believe I have ever seen one.

Not sure what you mean exactly. If you go to "Edit images" on an episode, it gives you the option to set a "Thumb", along with Primary, Logo, etc.

Interestingly, the Primary image is saved as "episodename-thumb", and the Thumb image is only saved internally, apparently. I've started another thread on that issue.

Commented in other topic about this image.  There is no such thing as thumb/landscape as it is a primary image by default.  So yes if you are adding this same image as thumb/landscape it will have the highest priority but Emby by default will not populate it as it does not exist.

Continue discussion in this topic as they are relatively the same.  And this is already possible except currently image does not reside alongside episode.
