"Playback Error"

Hello Team, I am getting a "co compatible streams are currently available" error when I try to play a movie, .mkv file. I have attached the logs for review. I do see this repeating a lot:

 

09:00:20.697 [hevc_qsv @ 0x18d4080] Error initializing the MFX video decoder: unsupported (-3)

09:00:20.697 Error while decoding stream #0:0: Function not implemented

09:00:20.699 Error while decoding stream #0:0: Block device required

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, I tried this apk, the weird thing is that it plays on my local network, but I get the playback error when I watch this specific movie/file remotely. Really weird. It only effects this file only...
