Trakt not syncing?

I've just done a massive re-install of Windows and of course re-install MB3 Server, re-setup everything.

Now the trouble is I synced Trakt but its like MB3, since i changed from XBMC, hasn't been sending my watched status back to Trakt. Now i regularly synced MB3 to Trakt using the 'Sync library to Trakt.tv' task so can't understand why it hasn't updated anything in the year I've been using MB3. I've imported my watched status numerous times but with the same result. Does this add-on actually sync back to Trakt.tv?

Im also seeing issues with the trakt plugin when i run the sync to trakt task manually. (scrobble seems to work most of the time)

I dont know if its the plugin that has a problem or the Website. I also wonder if its because of the number of shows i have. Im a VIP on trakt but i dont think that is relevant to the problem. I would be nice to have some input/thought from some DEVs :)

MBS couldn't reach trakt. There's nothing a developer is going to be able to do about it.

 

I did read and did see the error. But the 503 happens then  you run the sync again and it works or maybe it will work after a few fails. What i wanted the opinion on, is the reason for the 503..is it because of the amount of data we are trying to sync? Do you guys know by any chance know if there is a api hit limit per minute (like Anidb for instant) or something and the plugin is maybe hitting it too often too fast.

there is a limit and we do have safeguards in the plugin in order to avoid hitting it. but it may have changed.

Ok, 

 

I tried another manual sync, and this time it didnt fail but only certain shows where updated and it seemed to only be my anime. Now i just ran it again and now it updated the show i set stuff to watched (that were set before but trakt didnt set them as Seen).

More trakt issues.

 

This time i have episodes marked as seen and i tried to use the import from trakt but the episodes arent updated. The first time i ran it, i got errors. Second time i got no error but nothing seem to have updated.

Trakt issues have been fixed in the latest beta release of MBS.

I am having issues with trakt.tv. Syncing to is failing but syncing from works just fine. I ended up removing it. 

 

Edit: Taking that statement back. I have a pending update I didn't release that. Why is it that trakt.tv plugin keeps breaking.

My trakt works fine now since the scrobble fix...which version of MBS your using? My issue was that i had 2 accounts syncing the same trakt account which was causing things to not sync right since the plugin syncs all trakt accounts configured and not just the account your logged into in mbs when you run the schedule task manually.

Mine was just failing. It is setup correctly. Each user id has their own trakt.tv account. I just updated the server to latest beta. Now I am running version 3.0.5424.1. I installed trakt.tv  plugin again, let's see what happens. I'll report back after fully watching a couple of things this weekend.
