Playback color issue

Lately I've been facing some problems with Emby in several apps, especially in the LG TV app. But now I had problems in the Web App too.
Minions 2 movie color is totally weird.

 

The android app is working normally.

Not too familiar with HDR-U content.

You say Andriod app worked, what was the playback method?  I can only guess Direct Play.

What does the program MediaInfo show for this media?

 

Do you have Emby Premiere?  As plugin and HWA warning in log.

But as this is HDR and transcoding required you would need Tone Mapping to get proper colors also.

About Android app playback, it appears as direct playback.

I don't have a premiere subscription.

Strange that when I added this movie, it played normally in both LG app and Web App. But now both are having trouble.

Hi, tone mapping is required in order to ensure that HDR content looks correct when transcoding, and this requires Emby Premiere.

Hi, tone mapping with transcoding has always required Premiere. But when your client device supports HDR directly, this does not require Premiere.
