Edit-- unistalling 3.0.15. went into C:\Users\mysuername\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Theater and deleted that folder then reinstalled and now 3.0.15 goes full screen just fine. the pic attached is from 1.1.430 i had unistalled multiple times before but manually removing that folder fixed it.
