Emby HEVC/H265 issues

Hi there, 

Emby server free on a 253d Qnap with 8gb ram.
All work good... but I'm having issues with 4K hevc videos 10bit. Testing on local network pc browser it take very long to load an then streaming is very laggy and freezed and most of the time basically don't work.
On android app it don't start at all  (I can reproduce Hevc file).. I get slightly better result lowering streaming resolution.. but anyway after a bit Qnap goes full CPU and RAM.

My question is: should I forget to play such kind of file actually or there's something I can do?

PAid subscription and transcode function could be a solution? or simply I don't have enough hardware spec to do this?

This is what I get.. but I think I can't simply play those H265 file guess.. it's may be HW limitation or need a pay subscription

Yes. HW acceleration requires Premiere subscription. Your 253d has QS-enabled quad-core Celeron J4125 (UHD 600) which, while not a beast, is a decent CPU that should have no issues with few HEVC transcodes, but not in software only. You might subscribe for a month (roughly 5 bucks) and see how does it work for you with HW transcoding. (btw it is always advisable to post full logs, not snippets, as they would usually tell more relevant data).
