easez88 13 Posted December 9, 2022 Author Share Posted December 9, 2022 Sorry, I forgot to revisit this. For some reason the "Thumbnail Image Extraction" task is not working on existing files. New files work fine, but for older files they are not created. This is a situation where I had to restore from a backup. When I manually trigger the task, it runs for 1 second and stops.
