Severe Audio Lag When Transcoding Audio (4K/HEVC)

Hello,

When using the emby app on my LG GX55 tv, I notice severe lag on the audio, specifically when it has to transcode on 4k files. I've attached logs from a specific instance where the server transcoded TrueHD down to AC3, and the lag is noticeable (3-5+ seconds). Everything else plays fine. The video loads quickly and works great. I haven't noticed this on any 1080p files, though I don't have any that have TrueHD audio or are encoded in x265 that I know of to test with.

If i play an audio track that doesnt require transcoding I don't notice this issue.
