my latest reports state:

but the plugin Playback Reporting only states:

 

I use the query:

SELECT *
FROM PlaybackActivity
WHERE UserID='userid'

why is that? Do I miss anything?

look in your emby log, it might have some indication is there were errors.

in which log should I look exactly (see down below)?

I just tried watching a video today and it came up in activity and also correct in playback reporting.

it seems to me that there was a problem somewhere between 29.6.2022 and at least till 4.7.2022.

because the activity stream shows me three entries which are not visible at all in playback reporting. question is how is this possible? which database is used by playback reporting?

the log is the main emby log. look for errors.

the db playback reporting uses is playback_reporting.db

Recently there was a new version that had some weird version comparability issues with the latest server release. Make sure it is running correctly now and keep an eye on it.
