Hi,

this is my first topic, hope I'm doing it correct.

Today I changed content from the folder called "movie". Changed it to mixed content. I read that it's not the best, but however.

I wanted to identify the movie "Ballon" TMDB ID:483983

It does not work. Attached the server log.

User which was loged in: moses19850.

Can please somebody tell me what the error message in the log means?

Thanks

Hey up,

How does your folder structure/file naming look like and what are your library paths, as it appears it's been queried as a TV show?

Correct as TVDB/TMDB is searching tv instead of movies (search?type=series, /search/tv).

What is the library content type?

Hi guys,

I declared the content as mixed content.

Stupid question: Which came now to my mind: Why is it not possible to set up on folder as movie (like now), but when I a manually identify a file, I doesn't matter if movie or tv, because I anyhow have to do it manually?

Folder structure:

Ballon (2018)/Ballon (2018).mkv

The folder name is the same as the file-name

Mixed content will be guesswork via structure but will test as the structure you have provided can in no way be automatically identified as TV assuming everything is correct.

In my test adding Ballon (2018)/Ballon (2018).ext was identified correctly without issue, but a guess may be provider order.

What is your metadata downloader order?

Running with and without TVDB being first made no difference in my testing.

TheTVDB

TheMovieDB

I will change that and lets what will happen. But still: Why is it impossible to change from TV-show to Movie afterwards?

There are some mini TV series which I see more as a Movie and not a TV-show?

Can this be changed in the future?

They each require their own file and folder naming conventions, but anything is possible in the future.
