Subscription box missing under the Emby Premiere Tab on Emby Server

Hi,

Wonder if anyone can help I purchased Emby Premiere 75 Devices Monthly in May and my Subscription box was missing ie below

I have reached out to billing via email, and they couldn't help. hopefully someone can assist with a fix. Mine looks like the below

Hi.  We don't know why that status isn't showing for you but billing support is happy to help you manage your subscription whenever you wish.

Thanks, I have mailed the support, however they dont have a solution for the issue
