Hi

I have an issue with Emby on an LG C1 TV. I have used Emby in the past on this TV. About 3 weeks ago I upgraded my server with a new motherboard/cpu etc.

I am thinking that Emby on the LG might be looking for the server maybe at the old IP address and when it can't find it, it just closes the app instead of prompting for user input.

I did uninstall the app and re-install it but I have no idea in WebOS if it keeps settings somewhere that it then tries to re-load.

Since all I can tell is the app opens up with the emby logo and then a few seconds later it drops back to my desktop (using the TV as a monitor).

Any hints on what I can try. I can only assume the new PC is the issue, but very hard to tell since I don't see any info from the LG WebOS.

All my other devices connect to the server fine with no issue.

Hmm. Quickest support request. I solved it.

I just though I would reboot the TV:)

Unplugging it from the power seems to clear what ever the issue was with it. Cleared some memory or something. Launching the app after plugging it back in, and it asked for the server details so all good.
