Rianscott 1
Hi Guys, I have a problem converting large ts files. I record the children's channel for 8 hours so I can convert it and play it for the kids on long journeys in the campervan. I have to convert the files manually with a separate piece of software because Emby always fails on these large files (it always works on single episodes) Is such a file size beyond the capabilities of Emby or do I have something set up wrong? I have just created a new server, thinking the problem was the low spec laptop it was running on but the new server still fails. It never even shows on the dashboard so I can only presume it doesn't even try to convert it. Only an emby log attached because ffmpeg doesnt create one for the failed files, only for the successful ones. Thanks in advance Ian Walker embyserver.txt Edited May 27, 2022 by Rianscott
Luke 37251
Hi, I don't see any conversion jobs running. Did you setup a conversion job on this file?

Luke 37251
Hi, if you use the mkv profile instead of mp4, how does that compare?
