Using the brains of my mobile. Is S it possible?

Hello people. I've been thinking about getting myself a tablet, perhaps the Tab 10.1 (not decided on the 3 or 4) and I'm currently browsing through the endless other possibilities.

I also know that my Samsung Note 3 has far more 'power' than almost every single tablet I've come across!

I realise this is actually old news, but when I came across a £55 Amazon "special offer" with a decent screen, I wanted to know,

If I bought tablet, perhaps 10", could I use it purely as a screen for my Note 3? Somehow, connecting them so that all of my phone's apps, capabilies and features (plus speed and power) could be shown on the tablet?

And if so, could it also be done wirelessly and without compromise? I have seen the screen mirror function but I'm unsure about using it 'backwards' so to speak??

Thanks for any help that you can give.
