希望能添加网络代理功能 (add network proxy function)

因为网络原因，我无法直接访问到 元数据 的服务器，Auto Organize之类的插件因此失效，希望能给元数据搜刮提供 HTTP/SOCKS 代理功能。

Emby plugins and metadatabase are blocked by GFW.

Currently I use docker environment variable to set https_proxy for emby server. In addition, the router redir is also used for http request forwarding.

But I hope you can add the option of proxy settings in Emby server. So that I don't need to restart the emby service every time I adjust the network proxy.

It's not just that you can't connect to GitHub,In Chinese Mainland, due to policy reasons, users cannot access websites that scrape metadata (such as tmdb, tvdb, fanart.tv). I need to set up a proxy network in the router to scrape movie data normally, but this will lead to some problems in other devices in the LAN. This method has been tried.I use the synology machine. After setting up the proxy network in the system, only the system itself is connected through the proxy network. Emby and the third-party suite do not use the proxy network, so this method seems to be impractical.

我也同样需要这个功能，也尝试过设置synology nas走全局代理，但结果是所有的PT下载全不能用了。所以还是希望能针对emby单独设置。

I use Qnap NAS to run Emby and tried to set a system proxy, but it only works for Video Station, not for Emby

I have deployed Emby on a server using Docker, and when starting the container, I added the environment variable 'http_proxy,' which is currently working fine. However, I wish to have the option to configure a separate proxy setting for EmbyServer within the network settings. This way, I can easily set up the proxy without modifying the startup parameters.

It's very common that Chinese users run licensed emby server and P2P download in same NAS, will depends on seperated proxy configuration. it's really usefull  to have a  buildin  http proxy options.

My emby runs in Qnap nas as a native, it is difficult to edit start script

I would also love to have this new feature. Due to GFW, EmbyServer cannot access metadata sites. I have used proxy software such as V2RayN, but none of them seem to work. These proxy software seem to have no effect on EmbyServer, so I eagerly hope that the new features will be able to connect to HTTP proxy.

Don't hesitate, just add the "network proxy" feature already! Users in special network environments really need this. We're willing to become premium subscribers for it！！！！
