Seeing Two "RECORDINGS" Libraries on Home Page

I recently set up Live TV on my Emby server. On the "Advanced" screen, I added a designated path for the "Default recording path". I then added the exact same path for the "Movie recording path (optional)" and the "Series recording path (optional)". In hind site, I realize I should have left these latter two fields empty.

I then did a channel scan and epg refresh.

Afterward, I noticed that I have two "Library" icons on my Home screen for "Recordings". One shows the image I set up as the "Primary" image, while the other one shows no image. Both are labeled "Recordings". See attached screen shot.

I then went back to the "Live TV => Advanced" screen and deleted the entries in the "Movie recording path (optional)" and the "Series recording path (optional)" fields, thinking this would eliminate the problem. (See attached screen shot). It did not fix the problem. I tried re-starting the server, re-scanning channels, and refreshing the epg, but the second folder icon is still there.

Can anyone suggest what may cause this and how to fix it?
