Shindou12 0
I have some HEVC which when played stutter and are not smooth. When I select transcode and it switches to 264 it runs smoothly. I prefer not to do this because it makes the sound quality decrease for the file through my surround sound system. When I passthu the audio in a converter and switch the video to 264 it doubles the file size which I do not want. My other HEVC files work perfectly. It might be the files themselves but I was wondering if there was something in Emby that needed to be updated to play it smoothly. The only other type of movie file that it does with with is AVI. All AVI files I have to convert to a 264 file format.

marciomaiden 3
I have the same problem, and it is very strange, if I use the mi box s I have no problem, if I see it on the smart tv brand SMART TECH I can no longer see it properly. I also have problems with the redmi note 10. hevc videos are very laggy. Can I upload a video for you to test?
marciomaiden 3
Problems happen in direct play, if you do transcoding it doesn't happen anymore. But it's not a network problem.
