Hi guys,

Hope you’re doing well.

I’ve just updated my emby server to the last stable version which is : 4.7.11.0 

Have also updated my jail to the version : 12.3-RELEASE-p11

Everything is running on TrueNas version : TrueNAS-13.0-U3.1

Since then, I’ve got a some playback problem on my Tv Shows library. Some shows are working while others aren’t.

Here’s what I’ve got:

Playback error

No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details..

You also need to know that every media are working on the computer with my VLC player. I’ve also made the command : pkg install ffmpeg and nothing  

Hope that some one will be able to help me with this issue again  @Lukeand @Happy2Playdo you have any ideas for me ??

Ive tried to rollback to 12.3-RELEASE-p10 and my tv shows that weren’t working seems to be working.  Now can some one help me to be able to figure out why in the version of the jail 12.3-RELEASE-p11 it isn’t working

How did you install Emby Server?

Hi @Luke

It was previously installed with the Plugin included in the TrueNas server available

I had the same issue, and was racking my brain trying to figure out the problem.  None of the responses above seemed to apply to me.  Well... It turns out that I'd left an unused SD card in a USB port, which weirdly reconfigured the names of my drives.  Thus, the hard drive containing my movies was temporarily mislabeled.  Once I removed the SD, everything went back to normal.  Hope this helps someone with a similar issue.
