ogardiner 0
Hi Team, I know there is lots of savvy users out there, and I can use some help. I use to be able to log into Emby on all my TV's (Samsung), my iPhones and android (Samsung) with no issue, all at the same time streaming different movies. Then one day it stopped working for the iphone (no biggie, not a big iphone user) but then it stopped working on my TV's and I am unsure why. I went and bought Emby priemenre hoping that would be a magic fix but I am still have issues. Would take any advice I can, does the app works better on 2.5 v 5 ghz networks? Things I've done: -bought Emby Premiere (I dont think I needed it but I just wanted to support them for the app) -uninstall and reinstall app -reconnect to network -pulled out a few gray hairs

Luke 37258
@ogardiner Hi there, are you sure the address that it's trying to use is still correct? Did you try clicking add server and entering the server address manually?
ogardiner 0
Thanks, It is now resolved, the address needed to be entered manually. My DNS server is not working but when I connect with IP, it works as expected.
