In other words keep my current server intact, not use the old account ever again, and just setup a new account? I wanna still use the same mac mini as setup though. Your server is not tied to any specific account - except if you filled one in on one of the users and, if so, you can simple fill that same one in on the new server. But, I don't think you need to install a new server because your issue appears to be with whatever account you are trying to access. Not the server.
