Emby very slow and also impossible play video

I search to adjust my library on server emby on my new QNas TS-531+, but working on media is very slow to update image, update metadata.

If i use identify function on one movie, find movie but after select save it work for more 5/10 minutes and i must stopped  

After this when i try to play a video very often i have an error playing it

I enclosed some image and logs

P.S.

Before when the server running on my computer (windows 11) but movie were always on old nas, emby server was very fast and I had no problem with videos
