Some customers here in Brazil use the Samsung TV of various models with the Tizen system and use the USB version of the Emby application and all of them are satisfied with the playback of the videos. Two customers, however, who use the same model of Samsung with Tizen, are having problems with constant crashes, every 10 seconds, which makes it impossible to watch any video. One of the customers agreed to test by changing the TV region to the United States and installed the native app on the TV app store. SAME PROBLEM, constant crashes. Both customers also tested using Emby through the Samsung TV browser and declared that the crashing problem does not exist, as well as the problem does not exist if they broadcast from the cell phone to the Samsung TV. They said the videos play perfectly well. Thanks for any tips.
