chill457 1 Posted February 21, 2022 Share Posted February 21, 2022 I know Emby doesin't have the digital signature, but it still worked. I have the latest version of everything. I noticed after the latest firmware update my Emby server now shutdown everyday, I have to keep enabling it. Is there a way to fix this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Luke 37068 Posted February 22, 2022 Share Posted February 22, 2022 Hi ,Due to licensing requirements, before installing the Emby QNAP app, you must have "Allow installation and execution of applications without a digital signature" selected and applied on the QNAP server at this location: App Center / Settings [gear wheel] / General. (This will produce a warning.) You must leave this setting on in order to avoid having the Emby app shut down every day or so by the QNAP system (which would then require a manual restart of the Emby app).
