Playback error

Everything was working well and while playing a movie on a android sony tv I received an error stating something like "quiting, too many errors". I tried from my ipad and the message is different, but content can't be reproduced either (image attached).

I tried restarting emby, the nas (synology ds720) and even doing a reinstall ("soft" and one including the directory removal from @appdata). I have checked directories and emby user has access to them. Nothing works and the error remains. 

Any advice?

I did another install, recreated the libraries and reinstalled the apps on the devices. Not sure which of these solved the issue, but it is working now. Thanks
