No Music Playback Controls: Android 3.2.32 (Head Unit)

Running Emby for Android 3.2.32 and not getting any playback controls for music.

The tablet is actually a head unit built into a vehicle so is permanently in landscape mode.

I removed the app, cleared cache and storage and same issue. Is there some log files I could get for someone to help diagnose this issue a bit?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, where do you not get controls? What device and version of Android?

@Luke I can play music, but after selecting a track there are no controls or any way to open up now playing menu.

Android 10. Model UMS512_1H10_NATV. Resolution 1280x720. Emby for Android 3.2.32.

Emby Server 4.6.7.0

@Luke There are no controls that come up on the bottom of the screen when music is playing. The only way to stop it is to play a video or force close Emby.

I attached some screenshots of another Emby client showing what is missing.

Missing menu--I cannot get here as the playback bar is missing.

OK, we're working on getting a new app update out, but in the meantime you can try sideloading the latest build and see if that helps:

@Luke updated just now to 3.2.40 and looks like there is a way to open the music menu now. Thanks!
