Login und PW Probleme

Moin Gemeinde,

 

ich bin kurz vor der Verzweiflung

Ich hatte bisher Plex über mein Asustor laufen. Aufgrund des mangelnden SMTR Support wollte ich nun endgültig auf Emby umsteigen.

Leider stoße ich hier echt auf Probleme. Vielleicht könnte mir jemand eine Lösung aufzeigen. Ich habe diverse Ratschläge hier aus dem Forum bereits erfolglos probiert.

Fangen wir an:

 

Setup ist reibungslos verlaufen. Sobald ich unter http://192.xxx.xxx.:8096/ Emby aufrufen möchte, bekomme ich die Meldung * Diese Seite ist nicht erreichbar* Ändere ich den Port in 8097 komme ich wie gewohnt auf die Login Seite von Emby.

Leider werden meine Userdaten nicht mehr erkannt. Der PW Resett funktioniert nicht, da ich die Meldung erhalte *Bitte versuche es erneut innerhalb deines Heimnetzwerks, um die Passwort-Zurücksetzung zu starten.* Dann ist leider Schluss. Mehr passiert nicht.

Hat jemand eine Ahnung was ich falsch gemacht haben könnte? Wieso läuft Emby nicht auf dem Standartport?

Eine mehrfache Deinstallation und Neuinstallation hat nicht geholfen.

Was mache ich falsch?

@Nevenka Your message was just brought to my attention to see if I might be able to assist you.

I see this message is from last week.  Did you get this resolved or do you still have this issue?
If you still have the issue it would probably be best if we made arrangements so I could remote in and take a look at your setup.

In a remote session I have a text chat we can use that will auto translate if needed to make this a bit simpler going back and from from German to English.

Did you change anything on Settings-Network?  Emby installs on standard ports and only changes if someone changes these ports after installation.

example as I changed my posts as I have multiple servers installed.

 

Can you post a server log as the message you posted suggests your connection is not considered a local connection?
