Return to Top/Back

My apologies if this has been asked.

1. I am trying to find out that when I scroll through channels on Roku is there a way to return to the top of the list without exiting the program?

2. Is there a way to view a list of the most recent channels?

3. Is there a way when watching a channel to select “back” and return to the previous watched channel?

Hi.  If in a grid, try the "replay" button on your remote.

You can sort the guide or channel list by last played.

Not at this time but, if you sort  your guide by last played, then the last channel(s) played will be right at the top.
