Moving to Emby Theater section.

What version of ET?

But I get normal posters in v1.1.392.0 and v3.0.15

I should be on the latest version, I just installed it from the website 2 days ago
Where can I find the version ID?

Thanx : Version 3.0.15
I can reproduce it in case it's needed

Does the same happen in web client?

But what exactly are you doing as that identify image is of many series not a normal one item query as Psych and Monk are nowhere near the same query.

Not sure as this is what I get in ET 3.0.15

But I do see all lot of garbage returned for "Derek".

Shouldn't matter but what is your metadata provider order?

Dev will have to comment as I have no way to reproduce what you are seeing.

@Lukelooks like issue is v3 vs v4 tvdb api.

v3

v4

So this will not change until server 4.7.

oh, you reproduced it

Yes as my server I was using was beta 4.7, once I switched to 4.6.7.0 which uses a difference api version on TVDB I get what you see.  Nothing can be done as TVDB v3 api is the defect as you get Banners instead of Posters.

Ok, then the only way is to update to the beta?

Currently yes

As a note you are sort of seeing the exact same thing in web client but you get that blank placeholder because it is a Banner, clicking on image will display it.
