Now it won't launch.

Hi there, what happens when you try to launch it? Are you able to update to a newer version of MacoS?

newer OS?  no. HS is beyond the end of support for the MacPro3,1.

But ...

I finally got 4.6.7 to work.  The weird thing is, it doesn't show in a list of running apps in Finder.

I can only access EmbyServer directly from my browser, not that that is a bad thing.

There is also no menu bar icon/access for it as there was previously.

I haven't checked with any remote yet, but I will.

So, all may be well, just different.

seems to be working on the remote side.  But I no longer can see the remotes sign in.  But I only used that for troubleshooting anyway.

Since 2 of the 3 remotes are working, more an FYI than and issue.

However, the important thing here may be that I am running High Sierra on an unsupported MacPro for that version of the OS.

Even though it doesn't show up in Finder, of course in Activity Monitor, it does.
