metropical 31
just updated to High Sierra and I had Server v 4.6.1 running and all connected last night under High Sierra. Now it won't launch.
Luke 37933
Hi there, what happens when you try to launch it? Are you able to update to a newer version of MacoS?
metropical 31
newer OS? no. HS is beyond the end of support for the MacPro3,1. But ... I finally got 4.6.7 to work. The weird thing is, it doesn't show in a list of running apps in Finder. I can only access EmbyServer directly from my browser, not that that is a bad thing. There is also no menu bar icon/access for it as there was previously. I haven't checked with any remote yet, but I will. So, all may be well, just different. Luke 37933
That's interesting. Thanks for the update.
metropical 31
seems to be working on the remote side. But I no longer can see the remotes sign in. But I only used that for troubleshooting anyway. Since 2 of the 3 remotes are working, more an FYI than and issue. However, the important thing here may be that I am running High Sierra on an unsupported MacPro for that version of the OS. Even though it doesn't show up in Finder, of course in Activity Monitor, it does. Edited February 1, 2022 by metropical
