Auto Box Set Quantity Value Not matching # of Movies in set

I have a small number of box sets where the quantity value in the upper right is not matching up with the number items in the box set. Two specific examples:

 

Transformers Collection (ID=8650) is showing 2 movies in the upper right corner yet when I open the box set it shows 5 movies. All 4 transformers and Dark Side of the Moon in 3D.

 

James Bond Collection (ID=645) is showing 24 movies in the upper corner yet there are 25 movies in the set. The list of 25 includes both versions of Casino Royale. 

 

I have 127 box sets and for the most part all the others appear to be accurate. However the only way to be 100% sure would be to check each.

When you say upper right corner, do you mean the green circle with numbers in it? Because this is the unwatched counter not the library total for that collection.
