Carlo 4330 Posted December 11, 2021 Share Posted December 11, 2021 Hi can you give us a specific example? Try this. Go to Scheduled tasks and rotate the logs. Add new media to Emby. Allow it to try and identify the media. If it doesn't work then manually match Upload server log as well as tell us the exact name of the media. That will allow us to quickly find this in the logs.
