do you need premiere to use plugins?

Hi I am trying out the smart playlist plugins 2.0.0.1 

I can create playlist and collections in the settings and it is there

but I cant see it any where else in the home screen or how to navigates to it?

do I need premiere subscriptions?

Are there Premiere plugins yes and there are Premium plugins also.  But the community plugin does not fall under either classification.

But the plugin post Playlists to Playlists library and Collections to Collections library not the Home Screen.

Thanks maybe I got the rules wrong and it empty and it doesn't show up?

my video (karaoke video there is no MetaSource for it) doesn't have any metadata It go by the file name and file name classified as title in Emby? and smartplay list don't have title as one of the rule?

Title should be "Name".

I tried name, path all sort of stuff nothing works, I got some collections that I dont use smartplay list to create just the emby collection does that affect it in any way?

Do I need to delete the collections created with emby build in function and recreate with smartplay list?

Not with anything I have tested with.

May have to go over specific example.
