Same problem here.  MediaBrowser has recently started reporting that my supporter key is invalid.

I can ping mb3admin.com.

I am on Comcast (isn't everyone these days?).

As an FYI, I shut off IPv6 on my server network card and it now connects to Comcast and my key is seen as valid.

 

I made a change this afternoon to try and mitigate this problem with IPv6 until we can get it sorted, so you may be OK re-enabling IPv6.

I re-enabled IPv6 and it appears to be working again

No errors in that log snippet.  Always best to attach entire logs so we can see what is really going on.  Can you ping mb3admin.com?

Attached the past two days worth of logs since there weren't any issues in that snippet.  Pinging mb3admin.com times out (and again, IPv6 seems like maybe it's related, but that's just guessing).  What's especially weird to me is that pinging times out, but clearing the registration key and then re-entering it works to re-register it.  I'd think with the timeout that wouldn't be possible.

We cache registration checks so that we aren't pummeling our server and so your system can operate disconnected.  Definitely looks like another IPv6 issue.
