ArtMetz 5 Posted November 14, 2021 Share Posted November 14, 2021 Often when I launch Emby Theater it fails to appear, other times appears with a blank white screen. When I try again, the next log shows that a previous instance is running. I kill it with Task Manager, then it will launch. I've also tried deleting the electron folder, but that didn't fix the issue. Logs attached. I've added a note to each log regarding what happened. This is on a Windows 7 Ultimate system. 2 suggestions: Add logic to detect and activate the previous instance so that my Remote software doesn't need to try to do this. Add more detailed logging. At this point I've decided to move on to another solution, but wanted to post this information in case it helps someone else. Emby/Emby Theater isn't my primary media center, I use it mainly for recordings done outside my PVR system.
