38.4 KPMR (21.4) Comet - timezone issue

KPMR 38.4 (Comet) has guide data that is 3 hours off.   It's broadcasting on the Eastern time zone schedule rather than the Pacific time zone that the guide is showing.   So the guide data displayed has been over with for 3 hours.    A 6:00 program in the guide is actually showing at 3:00 if that makes sense.

Yes, the other channels are fine.   The guide data on this one channel has been wrong for about a year.  I've just been using the guide data from another DMA to get around it.
