Alexa Skill not for German Language

I would like to use the Alexa Skill with my Emby server, unfortunately this is still not available in German. Do you know when it can be used?

i’m just looking for the same but for Italian. Why is not available? Is only a language issue or different? I do not have any problem to use in Eng if there is a way to

You are promoting Home Assistent as a premiere feature and not just for US or UK like you do with the Free EPG Data.

You are promoting it as a feature for all Premiere users so please make it work.

We are waiting for many years now and I can not understand, why it is so difficult to make the skill also available in German after the translation is done.

It is not possible to make the english skill available for all countries? That way we could at least use the skill in English. In the meantime, Alexa also supports several languages at the same time.

I know the translation is done as i have checked it and i helped to translate to german.

Hi all,

I got 2 quick questions:

1. Is it a real problem to make the existing Alexa Skill available in other countries?  I do not mind talking English with Alexa. Mine are set to 2 languages anyway.  But I cannot download or enable the skill on amazon.com. All that is needed for this is to make the existing skill available at amazon.(be|de|fr|it|nl|se|??). Is that such a big hurdle?
2. Would it be helping to turn the skill into an open-source-project and everyone can have a stab at it?

Yes, especially after Amazon messing up Amazon Music the ability to play music from Emby would be great.

Unfortunately I don't expect to much from an emby alexa skill. I experienced the skill on Plex and was very disappointed. Not from a bad work of the development team but from the abilities the skill provided. You had to use the exact terms which are set in the skill which makes it really hard to enjoy it.
