Yes, Emby can handle external SRT files just fine that you already have.
Just make sure they are names correctly.

but after I change the name of the subtitle, it cant be shown at once, should I refresh the database first？

From my experience, always refresh the database when messing with files contained in Emby's library.

Just run a normal library scan. That's all you need to do.

A button is not necessary, are your local subtitles named correctly? See: Subtitles
