Asking for Help, no picture on Emby Theater when playing HDR10 HEVC 4k

When playing 4K HEVC HDR10 video in my Emby Theater APP, it doesnt have pic, but have others, like sound or subs,

checked the server and showed was playing directly, no transcode.

How can I fix this~?

Hi, do you have this issue with other HDR 4K media or just this one movie?

Do you have the Windows hevc extension installed? You should probably just use the desktop app, instead.

seem all similar files have the same problem...paste one other video having same problem

Server 4.7.0.7 on NAS 64bit DS918+

APP should be up-to-date

Is this the store version of Theater?
If so open a web browser and copy/paste this in the URL and hit enter.

ms-windows-store://pdp/?ProductId=9n4wgh0z6vhq

You should get a prompt to open the MS store.  Click that and it will take you to the HEVC extensions which you can now install.

Let us know if this fixes your problem.

If you look at the second picture, the app version is 1.1.365.0. That tells us it's the store version of the app
