daniel.bmyer 9
I noticed an issue with playing some video files captured by my camera. They were done in 1920x1080P and previously played fine on my Shield TV Pro and Emby. Still work fine via the server web browser, but on Nividia Shiled TV they now play ...like really fast and choppy. They are .mov files. My .mp4 files captured with a diff camera seem to play properly though. Can't say when this changed. I would say sometime within the last 3 months. ATV is short for Android TV app. his is the section of the forum you posted in, hence me asking which version of the app you were using.

Carlo 4332
This played just fine for me as well on the Shield TV. We need to know what version of the app you are using. Edited July 20, 2021 by cayars
daniel.bmyer 9
The version that's installed is 2.0.0.9g. This is installed via a docker. I can't just update it...as far as I know. I'm wondering if I should remove the docker and reinstall. The files used to play fine.

daniel.bmyer 9
I uninstalled and reinstalled but same problem. It plays fine on the web server but not on the shield tv. Not sure why I would need to join a beta group? I don't want to be playing around with my unraid dockers. Do any of you have 2.0.0.9g installed and have it working? Something must have changed at some point as it used to play fine.

No, nothing to do with docker, it’s just the client app.

Not the issue here, but just so you know your docker can be updated with this command. docker pull emby/embyserver:latest This is covered in the Emby Docker instructions you can read from this page. https://emby.media/docker-server.html

Luke 37370
Can you try sideloading our standard android app on the same device and see how that compares? https://emby.media/emby-for-android.html Thanks.
