I am not certain where to post this, but using the web app when the overlay is visible and if using the emby windows app the colors look like this: not solid and noisy When the overlay is gone the colors are solid and lessy noisy these might not be the best pictures to showcase it why is this happening? i have it on most of my video files that i notice it If i use vlc media player or the default windows 11, i get the noisy and not solid black look i think it is in the video file it self and that it supposed to look like this, but why is the web interface removing it? i kind of prefer the web interface because the noise can bother me quite a bit when playing media back

I have a clue....I added an IPTV source and that plays fine. I checked the HD homerun with it's app on an iPhone, and that plays. How does EMBY get the HD Homerun feed? That seems to be the problem. Thanks

Agree - I've never seen it either on the AndroidTV Home screen integration list... If it has been developed, then it doesn't appear to work ...

Not sure if the system restart affected it but after system restarted and launched Emby it was gone from My Media. Will test again to see if I get the same results.

No it doesn't work. Uninstalled Emby TV and as you can see (screenshot) the channels no longer appear and therefore no iteration with Emby. I also tried restarting the NVidia Shield Pro and entering Emby again but it doesn't solve the problem. Therefore the iteration with the HOME of the Android TV only exists with the Emby Android TV App and not with the Android app. Having installed Emby TV (2.1.14) again, the suggested channels (and not recent ones as someone wrote) are there (11 movies maximum), but as already said again and again the suggested channels remain like this, that is, they NEVER change So PLS I hope the developer fixes the problem Hispa

Thank you! Sorry, I did mean Home-Mini Series, but it is unnecessary for me after all (merged Mini-Series library to either Movies or TV Shows, as appropriate). However, I would greatly appreciate the following: Home-Radio Home- Music Video Albums/Compilations Home-Trailers Home-Concerts I've tried creating them myself (using icons like those attached), but I couldn't really match the style or coloring. I also considered merging my Concert and Music Video Compilations libraries with my Movies library, but I'd hate to lose Emby's Music Video library "Artist/Album" functionality. Thank you.

Testing this now as it took almost 12+ hours to show up in My Media, I will guess it with take that long to remove. May have been sooner as it sat overnight and today it was in My Media.

Es sieht so aus, dass dieses Problem nur in der Apple TV App besteht. In der Web App, Windows Emby Theater, iPhone und iPad App sieht alles richtig aus. Da müsste also die App fürs Apple TV etwas aufgebessert werden.

I have FireTV stick installed in Android car stereo with Emby App. Headphone pairs and I can listen to music through it. However how can I use the headphone when not in Firetv? Thanks

I did the upgrade Monday night. I have Emby set to do a scheduled library scan every night at 2 AM. It's showing it last ran 7 hours ago, so it's still working.

Iconic 2.4.1.1 on Emby 4.8.7.0 running on Windows. I cannot display or edit any rule since latest Emby releases.

I just finished Fallout season 1 (and only so far). Very good. I think what I like most about it is that its not just a regurgitation of the same old stuff. Like the 20 "different" CSI TV series here in the US.

Wenn in den Einstellungen unter Transkodieren: (Drosselung aktivieren) eingeschaltet ist transkodiert emby den Film einige Minuten vor und gibt aus einem unbekannten Grund vor das der ganze Film transkodiert ist, sobald der Film diesen Punkt erreicht (ca.5min.) fängt das stocken an und stockt und stockt und stockt. Film Stop/Play und dann wider gleiches verhalten. Aus irgend einem Grund geht es wenn man die Untertitel ausschaltet dann erkennt emby wider den Punkt wo es weiter trankodieren muss. Wenn (Drosselung aktivieren) deaktiviert ist keine Probleme. Nutze emby Server Linux Ubuntu emby 4.9.0.21 ryzen 9 3950x 10g Internet 64GB (3600Mhz) RAM nvme pcie4 (System) 32TB HDD RAID 10 8x8TB Wäre schön wenn dieser Fehler behoben werden könnte. dann wäre die App fast perfekt

Ok, I'll take a look. Have you verified that only this rule is breaking for you? Or could it be that all filename rules have stopped working for you on Emby 4.8.7?
