does the server log show anything? I am using Roku Ultra 4802RW - software version - 12.5.5 build 4174-C2 if that helps any?

WOW..everyone but me the alphapickers with the Roku works great.. I got a text and my friend has a Roku TV and same issue..alphapicker doesn't work correctly..

You would have to start with a fresh install but I don't recommend that as it is not indicated that the server version is related since others are on the up to date version as well.

The only place where i have had any problem with the alphapicker is when browsing on my computer and viewing photos. Otherwise the alphapicker operates perfectly on my Rokus. There was a brief time when things got screwed up on the Rokus but that was fixed quite quickly. In fact I have several different clients and the only ones that works correctly almost all the time are the Rokus.

With the new profile PIN feature the behavior of "Remember Me" has been modified to mean "automatically log me back in". All the apps should be only forcing full authentication on each device once and then it is remembered after that (unless you specifically log out).

No, running MacOS, so no 16 beta build yet for that platform. Only thing odd about my setup is I have the 10Gbe OEM Apple NIC, which is some variation of the Aquantia chipset (probably AQC107 or AQC113). I think I am going to throw my 2.5Gbe USB adapter on and try that for a while to see if that makes any difference. Been running Emby for around 10 years on various machines and never had any real issues other than this.

Here is the weird thing too... This ONLY happens for movies... TV or MUSIC..nope alphapicker is fast.

Well, if any other users reading this topic have a simular issue as per the op, please do post. Currently we have 1 Roku user whos Alphapicker is Slow on Synology Server and 1 Roku user whos Alphapicker is fast on Linux Server.
