I am working on Hero banner that shows advert videos as well as posters, better control of recordings and collision detection, if your maximum streams remotely are 4 for example it should not allow 5 recordings as one will always fail, video time shift for delayed audio if using sonos like me. Auto detection of stream issues and quick resume instead of freeze stop, Nothing worst than a freeze total stop in the middle of a footie match. Now and next simple overlay let's you seamlessly see whats on and switch channels for live tv, series and movies show the advert video while browsing to help you choose, by far the interface is not perfect and miles away from the official emby release just a few improvements I would like considered in the future and a demonstration of how they could possibly look and work

I hadn’t considered trying the other app, but this one works perfectly and directly plays MPEG-TS and HLS. The Android app, on the other hand, has to remux MPEG-TS to HLS. I’m curious about the difference in playback capabilities. I might end up using this one instead, as it looks just as sleek as the Android version.

Entra en esas pantalla donde añades mas bibliotecas. Pues a la seccion que quieras que aparezca en spotlight, dale al boton de editar y veras una opcion que pone Tipo de vista, ahi encontraras la opción spotlight. Aunque depende creo del tipo de biblioteca.. porque lo he probado y en todas no aparecia.

The stream is HLS, and turning this setting on or off didn’t make a difference. I could still timeshift, but the progress indicator stayed put. There’s no problem when using Tvheadend as a proxy to stream MPEG-TS, which Emby then remuxes to HLS—the progress bar works fine that way. I’ve gone back to using that setup.

So i just got some serious red ears in a conversation with @Luke. Problem is my plugins have always targeted .net 6 and not netstandard 2 as required by the Emby team (somehow i missed that). Luckily for this plugin i have always maintained a netstandard 2 version of it for various reasons that i will upload instead. It is not as thoroughly tested but *should* be bug free as it's been more or less maintained as 1-1. It will be beta version 2.7.8.0, any one willing to help test please do so this plugin can get on the right track again.

I will upload the result once its more stable for critic ratings, interface initially being developed for windows but may attempt fire tv app also

Tried that been working with vlc, it will seek every stream accept transcoded driving me mad. I will take a break today and try again tomorrow the answer may be staring me in the face just too tired to see it.

HI, there isn't an api for this. You can do this with the normal player api to seek.

Quick question regarding this plugin - does this automatically remove all of the "Latest Added" of the moves and TV shows that is set to the default for Emby? If so, is there a way to create a list for newly added?

Hola, desde cualquier navegador o app de celular con Emby Server local se podia enviar por cast mi musica a mi jbl authenics 500 por UPnP. Ahora que migre Emby Server a un servidor en AWS no funciona el cast, se queda cargando y luego sale error. He hecho de todo y no he podido hacerlo funcionar, es necesario adquirir Emby Premiere para que funcione el cast? en Jellyfin no tiene este problema y se conecta a Cast sin problemas pero Emby me gusta mucho mas. Gracias

I have extracted the logs using SSH and can supply them. There are 5 text files. Following guidence using Google AI I have already tried the following: Checking for any plugins and there were none. I have renamed system.xml to system.old I have uninstalled and re installed the latest version but it makes no difference The only way to get control of my NAS back is to kill Emby using SSH

All 3, EmbyCredits, EmbyIcons and TimeMarkEdit. Damn.. I have a lot of work in front of me. I do have a version of EmbyCredit on netstandard 2.0 i have maintained along side the main one but it isn't tested properly. Anyway, good to know so it can be fixed and i won't cause problems.

Are you using your own router or just the isp router? In the Emby dashboard it should show an address for internal and external. Does the external one match the address on your router? There may be a dmz option on your router. For troubleshooting you could put the address of your emby server in there and it will not block anything. i.e. all traffic/ports hitting your public ip address would go directly to the emby machines ip. Canyouseeme.org may not work. I have 2 emby servers in my network and it shows the port open for one but not the other and they are both accessible externally. If you are using a nas box a lot of them will typically give you free DNS resolution. If your ISP is changing your IP address periodically that might be causing a problem that having DNS resolution would help address. Not really enough information to help but I would be willing to get on discord and help you for a bit if you are still having issues. Cheers!

Yea which ones? We will have to remove those because it will cause server crashes on platforms that still use the mono runtime and not dotnet. Alternatively, if you can get them down to netstandard 2.0 then that would be best.
