    I've had great success with TMDB for thumbnails, as 99% of their images meet the 1920x1080 standard. FanArt only covers about 5% of my TV shows. Fanart.tv is useless for my TV thumbnails because I use thumb view and need the titles included. It works for posters, but I’d love to see a 'text-on-thumb' option added. Keep in mind that the 'Thumb view specifically scaled down to fit the thumbnail slot; it isn't utilised as a high-resolution backdrop.
  4. @Luke do you have some news on this? Having some kind of option to disable animations would be quite welcome. I'm running the app on a couple of MiStick 4Ks and feels really slow, not a nice experience at all. I've disabled the animation settings in Developer Options but as mentioned above, makes no change in Emby for Android (in Emby for Android TV the settings have effect)

    @LukeYes when the VPN is off, all channels get their guide data. The question is why when the VPN is on and data.tmsapi.com is split outside of the VPN does some channels get their data and others don't. Its the same channels each time. One thing I may try today is to see if I can see if its a specific guide by checking one that works (example food network) and ensure they are using the same guide.

    Really? Im the first? I doubt that. It says "required" and then automatically fills in your email if you dont put something there and press submit. Strange.

    so it automatically puts in the email... well heres another reason why it would be smart to change things a little bit. Im like a living beta-tester.... if it can go wrong, it will go wrong, and i wont be the first one doing these stunts.

    Ya he solucionado lo del HDR, he cambiado en el Android Tv box, en configuracion de pantalla, busque Dolby Vision establecido, y he cambiado sink por dispositivo, por source por dispositivo. Y he probado lo que me ha dicho Parpatrus(gracias por tu ayuda), he comentado lo de la memoria ram, porque ahora no va en "dual channel", pero no creo que sea eso el problema, he echo esto, he desactivado la transcodificacion, de audio y del video, y de del video me ha funcionado, pero con el audio me ha dado cuenta, que cuando no es compatible lo transcodifica, y parece que el "TrueHD 7.1"parece que no funciona, pero quiero que me salga en "e-ac3", pero solo consigo en "ac3", en mi android tv box, lo tengo colocado el "passthrough", y he cambiado a "pcm" y en usas formatos que indica el dispositivo, y sigue haciendo el "ac3", y tambien he cambiado en la configuracion de reproduccion de emby, en salida de audio, he escogido "convierta audio no compatible a dolby digital". Mando las capturas de como lo tengo,

    Grazie ancora pera tua preziosa risposta... Mi pare di aver capito che non posso vedere ed eventualmente cancellare i dispositivi collegati... Mi sembra strano però? Per la tua esperienza è sufficiente che io disinstallo Emby dal Cellulare e dal tablet per rientrare nella soglia minima?

Non vorrei aver esagerato io collegando il dispositivo a tablet e cellulare più alla TV... Come posso gestire i dispositivi collegati? Mi aiuti? Grazie

    I have no negative forum rating, says im a rookie, thats it. I also think its strange to put my email out in public when i register because i didnt do that, and then not have the option of changing it and chose a nickname
  23. Before the LG app update, I started seeing a spinner on any video on my LG TV, and the video wouldn't play at all. There are no issues on other devices or in the web browser. I then updated the app on the LG TV to version 1.0.50 (thinking this might fix the problem), but the same issue persisted. I also tried updating my Emby server to version 4.10.0.3 Beta. I started experiencing the same problem again. I reviewed threads opened regarding similar issues, and some mentioned that the problems were resolved and updates were released a long time ago. However, my issue persists. Could you guide me on this matter?
  24. Problems connecting started here this last week. Updated the latest version in macOS this week and within a day or two updated macOS. Now the current App on LG TV takes a few minutes to connect. Once it's connected I will stream a programme from the Mac to the TV it will play for ~5 minutes then playback stops while more data is loaded into the buffer. After 1-2 minutes playback continues. Have made a fresh install of Emby on both the macOS and LG without solving the issue. Have spent the last day checking my network but found no issues. This morning as a test I installed another media player (***x) and it's being playing without issue from the same source to the same TV for over an hour
