Hello everyone not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. I am looking to see if emby has the option to display the tv channel you are watching while you a looking at the guide to see what else is coming up. I have not been able to find this so when i want to see what is on the guide it close the tv program that i was watching. Not sure if this is possible with emby. Thanks

I can't seem to find the ability to adjust the size of the thumbnails/image grid size in my Collections. I don't remember if I've asked for this previously. Is this an improvement I should request or am I missing this setting?

I have the same setup mostly as you, with a reverse proxy. I'll check that out tomorrow and see if I can replicate the issue. Internal is http to ip and external is https to domain name. Gotta love unraid

I was a web developer in my past job so I know a little about this. The font used in the CSS is not the issue. When emby loads the page, it runs some javascript in the browser that loads the disclaimer and the CSS code you use in the "custom css code" box. If you're loading the page from a url that isn't the same as the url of the server, then this can happen. In my case, I have my emby server running on my unRaid box and so I can reach it from http://myipaddress. However, if I login via the https://app.emby.media url, then it is still referencing http://myipaddress for the the content relevant to the custom css and because the url is different, that's why it doesn't load.

I know this topic isold but I haveing the Same issue from my side as well. On Emby for Android last update 3.5.28. In addition, I noticed another issue while transcoding with mobile phones (IOS and Android) When set to Auto (with mobile data) or force transcoding, the subtitle are multiplar when you Fast forward / Go back / Orianted the screen and sometimes take a lot of time to display them. While playing in Direct play - No issue at all. I made some tested and found that enabling this 2 option under "Diagnostic Options" solved the multipal lines and the not showing the subtitle when jump forward. - Disable HLS Subtitles - Disable Subtitle Streams But those settings are not resolved the issue with the subtitle out of sync while trnscoding only audio.

I wonder if that's the font import on the top line.

Find a directory with - Emby-Server\system\dashboard-ui\modules\emby-elements\emby-itemscontainer edit the - emby-itemscontainer file (the javascript file not the css one) make a copy just in case. search for innerWidth?16:12 and replace the numbers with 64:48 or whatever Save and restart the server. And clear cache and anything else you can think of. Don't think this helps with the Continue watching row but should help with Latest.

i think the only solution will be to enable the "use external player" and use kodi as your player, trouble is when you enable it it asks on EVERY file what player you want to use which is a bit maddening so you'll want to turn it back off when not playing an effected file or just use kodi directly for these files

That's where I did it from. Even tried straight ip/port through the browser.

Not 100% sure. I am trying to get people outside of the household to connect. I setup two user accounts and attached their emails in their user profiles. Awaiting for them to check their emails to setup their accounts.

HI, the challenge is that the rendering is based on having a predictable height of the item containers. One option would be to always allocate two lines. We are constantly looking at improving this. Thanks.

Well one option is a collection combined with the new home screen settings to show the collection on the home screen: Actually using that you can make just about any kind of category you want.
